Hi! I'm Whitney. I included a picture of my family because interior design has been a life-long passion of mine, but has come to fruition for me in the last 8 years I've been married.

My husband had the ultimate "bachelor-pad" starter home. He was nice enough to let me redecorate it. (Happy wife, happy life)! It just so happened, that through redesign.. we sold the house for much more than his purchase price. Everything clicked for me when I realized the power of interior design to totally transform a space. We are now on our third home and love a fixer upper project!

I went to SMU on an art scholarship and have been painting custom paintings for clients for 17 years. (Whitneyalley.com) Furthermore, home interiors have always been an integral part of that process and something my mind is always "day-dreaming" about. To me, art and interior design go hand in hand, from colors, to fabrics, to textures, to overall layout. This makes up an "artistic composition." It is something that has always come naturally for me and something I've loved to help friends with over the years.
